Parklife Metro JV is leading the delivery of the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project , a landmark transport initiative that will link St Marys to Bradfield and seamlessly connect with the new Western Sydney Airport .

This visionary project driven by a joint venture between Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild includes the construction of six new stations, 12 state-of-the-art metro trains, advanced rail systems, and a modern stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills.

The Opportunity:

Employed by Webuild , Parklife Metro is seeking a Site Administrator to join our team based at Badgerys Creek.

As Site Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the construction team, ensuring smooth site operations through efficient document control, reporting, and coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to contribute to the success of a major infrastructure project. This is a hands-on site-based role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting a large project team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- General office management (stocking up kitchen, stationery etc)

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site-based construction and project teams

- Coordinate general site office administration, including correspondence, filing, registers and records

- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor and workforce documentation.

- Receipt dockets for PO's in Virtual Superintendent in a timely manner

- Coordinate meetings, room bookings, site visits and other project activities as required

- Maintain good relationships with Site Team (Project Manager, Engineers etc)

- Escalate invoice rate discrepancies to Engineers or Commercial Managers as appropriate

Criteria :

- Previous experience in a site-based or construction administration role

- Experience working within a construction, infrastructure, engineering or major projects environment is highly desirable

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including construction teams, subcontractors and project personnel

- A proactive and practical approach, with the ability to work independently while also supporting the broader project team
