A little about the role

As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner with people leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume portfolio of call centre, sales and field-based roles. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner and working closely with HR Business Partners to understand business needs, shape effective recruitment strategies and deliver a responsive candidate and stakeholder experience.

This role goes beyond filling today’s vacancies. You will take a strategic approach to sourcing, using targeted search, market insights and proactive engagement to build sustainable pipelines and talent pools for recurring and future workforce needs. You will support leaders with practical advice, selection tools and structured assessment approaches that enable strong, inclusive hiring decisions.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while building trusted relationships and keeping an eye on future talent needs.

What’s essential

- A minimum of 4 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at pace.

- Demonstrated experience recruiting high-volume roles, ideally across call centre, sales, customer-facing or field-based workforces.

- Strong internal stakeholder engagement & management skills, with the confidence to advise senior people leaders and develop a detailed understanding of their workforce needs.

- A strategic recruitment mindset, including the ability to develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines and establish talent pools for recurring roles.

- Sound candidate assessment capability, including screening, shortlisting, phone interviews and behavioural-based interviewing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to a high level of service for candidates and hiring leaders.

- A practical commitment to inclusive, fair and bias-aware recruitment practices throughout the hiring process.

Highly regarded

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search or other targeted mapping tools.

- Experience using recruitment data, reporting or market insights to inform sourcing and future planning.

- Familiarity with in-depth candidate assessment, identification and engagement.

- Exposure to job grading or job evaluation methodologies, including Korn Ferry/Hay.

Qualifications

Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential.
