About the role
We are seeking a senior, market-aware Liquidity Analyst to own day-to-day liquidity performance and execution quality across FX and CFDs. The role combines real-time market judgement, LP management, bridge configuration and data-led improvement. You will work independently in live markets, engage directly with liquidity providers, and partner with internal stakeholders to improve pricing, depth and execution outcomes.
Responsibility
Liquidity and execution management
- Monitor market conditions, including volatility, spreads, depth, session transitions and event risk. Identify deterioration in pricing or execution quality and take timely corrective action.
- Own and optimise bridge configurations, including routing, filters, failover logic, throttles, symbol and session settings, and mark-ups.
- Maintain effective primary and backup liquidity arrangements, including appropriate controls for fast or abnormal market conditions.
LP performance ownership
- Assess LP performance across spread competitiveness, depth, quote stability, response times, reject rates, slippage, execution consistency and last-look behaviour.
- Maintain LP scorecards and lead performance reviews to support liquidity selection, coverage and routing decisions.
- Engage directly with LPs to investigate issues and improve pricing, depth and execution outcomes.
Incident management and controls
- Investigate pricing and trade incidents using bridge logs, market data and trade records; determine root cause, coordinate resolution and implement preventative controls.
- Exercise sound judgement during fast markets, including when to switch or restrict liquidity.
- Maintain clear documentation of configurations, incident findings and operating procedures to support scalable, repeatable operations.
Analytics and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain scalable pre- and post-trade analytics and monitoring covering liquidity quality, slippage, rejects, pricing quality and execution consistency.
- Translate findings into practical configuration or LP-management changes, and validate their impact through before-and-after analysis.
Requirements
- 5 or more years' experience in liquidity management, electronic execution, market operations or a related markets-facing role within FX and CFDs.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure and execution metrics, including slippage, rejects, quote stability and last-look impact.
- Hands-on experience with oneZero or comparable bridge and liquidity-management technology.
- Demonstrated experience assessing LP performance and managing primary and backup liquidity arrangements.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills, with hands-on experience analysing high-volume tick, pricing and trade data. Able to build reliable diagnostics, reporting and monitoring that translate analysis into practical liquidity and execution improvements.
- Able to investigate complex execution issues independently and communicate clearly with LPs and internal stakeholders.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- Opportunities for career growth and development within a global company.
- Collaborative and inclusive work environment with exposure to cross-region operations.
- Health and wellness benefits.
- Flexible working arrangements.
