About The Role
The Assistant, Finance, Client Support contributes to the effective coordination of finance projects and activities within DKSH's Central Services function in Cambodia. This role supports financial operations, data management, and reporting to ensure the department runs efficiently and delivers accurate, timely information to internal stakeholders.
What You Will Deliver
- Support the management of day-to-day operating expenditures against approved budgets to ensure efficient and responsible use of resources
- Contribute to business-as-usual and ad hoc project activities to ensure effective execution and smooth operational continuity
- Coordinate, create, and update communication materials and sessions to facilitate the flow of accurate information to all relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and consolidate data into standard reports and documentation to support management reporting and decision-making
- Identify and contribute to areas for continuous improvement and growth through creative and analytical research
- Compile, distribute, and document information for internal stakeholders, and respond to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Diploma or basic certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a finance or administrative support role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable (AP) management and the application of local and international accounting standards, principles, and practices
- Hands-on experience with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) accounting applications is an advantage
- Proficiency in office productivity tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage
