As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Consultant, you'll help bring those experiences to life through customer communications and campaigns that build engagement, strengthen relationships and support business growth.
Working alongside marketers, digital specialists and business stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering customer journeys that make a real difference. This is a 6-month max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

What You'll Do

• Deliver customer lifecycle campaigns across key moments including acquisition, onboarding, retention and renewal.
• Coordinate customer journeys and campaign requirements with creative, technical and business teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into customer focused communications.
• Brief agencies and delivery teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and outcomes.
• Support the evolution of customer journey experiences as new marketing capabilities are introduced.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, email marketing or campaign management.
• Understanding of customer journeys and how marketing automation supports them.
• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• A customer first mindset combined with strong organisation and communication skills.
• Curiosity to learn new platforms, processes and ways of working.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, telecommunications or other regulated industries is welcomed.
• Exposure to platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze is advantageous but not essential.
