About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Workplace Designer to join our team, with a focus on driving workplace design excellence across projects in the Pan-Asia region. You will be instrumental in shaping workplace environments, from concept through execution, by collaborating across geographies, integrating global standards with local context, and ensuring our spaces reflect the values and ambitions of Siemens Healthineers.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support all aspects of workplace design for Pan-Asia projects, including new campus builds, renovations, and strategic space transformations.
· Translate Siemens Healthineers’ workplace strategy into clear design narratives and spatial guidelines.
· Continuously evolve workplace strategies based on user feedback, emerging trends, and business needs—delivering solutions that are both human-centric and future-ready .
· Engage with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, facilitate visioning sessions, and align design intent with project goals.
· Provide design leadership and guidance to external design teams, architects, and consultants’ ensuring project outcomes align with SHS design language and functional goals.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Facility, Real Estate, and Technology , across different countries and cultures.
· Contribute to standardization initiatives, develop scalable design solutions, and document best practices and learnings from projects.
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
· Strong conceptual thinking, paired with ability to deliver functional and aesthetic solutions at various scales.
· Highly proficient in communicating design intent through visual storytelling, presentations, and documentation.
· Comfortable working in a matrixed, multicultural, and dynamic environment.
· Experience managing and collaborating with external vendors and consultants.
· Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar.
· Willingness to travel across the Asia region for project coordination and site reviews.
