Then come and join our global team as Internal Control Practitioner (f/m/d) to support the further development, quality assurance, and implementation of our global internal control framework, as well as ongoing communication within the international RIC community.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position is full-time or part-time.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- You will support the maintenance and further development of the Policy & Control Masterbook (PCMB), including the implementation of new and revised control requirements and coordination with governance owners.
- You will assume responsibility for specific PCMB topics as a topic owner.
- You are responsible for translating and adapting relevant Group Control Requirements into the Siemens Healthineers governance and control landscape.
- You conduct validation activities in internal controls and help ensure the high quality and consistency of the internal control system.
- You review and validate management reports and Power BI dashboards within the internal control environment and support their continuous optimization.
- You will oversee the implementation of methodological adjustments in digital solutions and PowerApps and support the further development of related applications.
- You will promote continuous knowledge sharing within the global RIC community through regular community events and by maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, and the IC website.
- You will create and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and informational events for the global Siemens Healthineers RIC community.
- You will organize international workshops, conferences, and community events and promote the exchange of knowledge across country and functional boundaries.
- You will support various departments in implementing internal control processes and utilizing additional tools and solutions, including AI-powered applications, checklists, and analytical tools.
- You will assist in preparing and compiling reports for management and other internal and external stakeholders.
- You will assist with control tests and other quality assurance activities within the internal control framework.

Your qualifications and experience:

- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, finance and accounting, management, or a comparable field.
- You have many years of professional experience at an audit or consulting firm (Big Four) or in the areas of audit, assurance, internal controls, or governance at an international company.
- You have in-depth knowledge of internal controls, governance, risk, and compliance, and ideally experience with ICFR processes.
- You have experience analyzing, validating, and documenting control processes, as well as working with reporting and analytics tools.
- You have in-depth knowledge of digital solutions, PowerApps (including PowerBI), or AI-powered applications in the finance or governance environment.
- Do you have extensive, long-standing professional experience and relevant additional qualifications, but do not hold a college degree? If so, we look forward to receiving your application as well.
