Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Compliance Collection tasks. Implements and maintains client compliance for exposure in the Middle East. Implements, updates, and maintains compliance throughout the year, ensuring sales force (SFDC) is updated. Interacts with internal partners and/or external clients/vendors. Analyzes data and reconciles for accuracy. Researches and resolves problems. Escalates difficult issues. Strong data entry and customer service skills. General product knowledge. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. Entry point into professional roles.
Working knowledge of Middle East Compliance for accessing health insurance benefits in region. Work closely with our internal partners to successfully validate client and member level compliance for new business, renewal, and new exposure. Monitoring fall out reports, ID Card trackers and other resources to successfully enroll members into a compliant plan, where applicable. Generate statistical reports, analyze results, manage internal process and plan and coordinate operational activities to guarantee compliance with local Laws and Regulations. Previous experience in medical insurance, compliance, operations with demonstrated good interpersonal skills, team building and leadership skills, high proficiency in MS office and problem solving aptitude. This is both a challenging and exciting opportunity which requires you to develop detailed understanding of regulation in entire Middle East and international business and work with benefits, compliance, and International sales and client management teams.
