Key responsibilities:

- Track, monitor and improve Sufficiency loss for US Generics business

- Reduce Backorder and Failure-To-Supply

- Monitor FG inventory health and reduce short-dating and write-off

- Use advance planning tools like APO and Kinaxis for consensus forecasting and DRP output

- Actively work on bid management with business and operations team

- Work on improving Air-vs-Sea ratio for US

- Responsible for private label supplies and demand management as an alliance manager

- Responsible to coordinate with CMO supplying to US business

- Participate and run S&OP and ensure critical concerns are timely escalated and resolved to minimize business loss and supply disruption

- Manage US Gx planning team and their deliverables (KPIs)

- Incumbent will also be Admin manager for NAM SCM GCC team based in India

- Work closely with supply sites and other CFT’s supporting US business (RA, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Planners)

- Work on both site and sales queries with respect to demand and supply visibility both up and down stream of the value chain

Educational Qualification

Graduate (Pharmacy or Engg) with Post grad is SCM / Operations management

Experience

Tenure : 15-18 years
