The Opportunity
Join us in evolving modern Product Security and contributing to company-wide impact through automation, AI-enabled operational improvements, workflow optimization, tooling integration, and cross-functional security initiatives across the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This position blends product management and automation enablement capabilities, facilitating organizational-scale Product Security processes while reducing manual operational effort and improving visibility, efficiency, and governance.
What You’ll Contribute
- Partner with Product Security, Engineering, DevOps, and Product Management teams to drive automation, AI-enabled operational improvements, and scalable security processes across the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Lead and coordinate strategic Product Security initiatives focused on workflow optimization, security tooling integration, operational efficiency, and risk visibility.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual operational dependency through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and improved system integrations across Product Security processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the effectiveness and adoption of Product Security tools and workflows, ensuring security capabilities are embedded seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
- Drive integration and process alignment across enterprise platforms and security tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, vulnerability management platforms, security scanning tools, and reporting systems.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and execute automation and AI-driven enhancements supporting Product Security objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, operational metrics, and executive-level reporting to provide visibility into Product Security posture, remediation trends, workflow efficiency, and risk management activities.
- Support Product Security operational processes including vulnerability management, exception workflows, risk tracking, remediation coordination, and security governance activities.
- Work closely with engineering and security teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable operational improvements aligned with engineering-forward and automation-first strategies.
- Contribute to the organization’s AI-forward cybersecurity initiatives by evaluating and enabling practical use cases for AI-assisted triage, intelligent reporting, workflow orchestration, and operational analytics.
- Act as a bridge between Product Security, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment between security objectives, operational execution, and engineering priorities.
- Champion continuous improvement, operational maturity, and data-driven decision-making across Product Security programs and initiatives.
- Stay current with evolving cybersecurity, AI, automation, and Product Security best practices, with a focus on improving operational scalability and developer experience.
What We’re Seeking
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Product Security, Cybersecurity Program Management, Technical Product Management, Security Operations, or related cybersecurity functions.
- Strong understanding of Product Security principles, Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC), vulnerability management, security governance, and risk management practices.
- Experience working with security and enterprise platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, vulnerability management tools, security scanning tools, reporting platforms, and workflow management systems.
- Demonstrated experience driving process improvement, workflow automation, operational optimization, or technical transformation initiatives within cybersecurity or engineering environments.
- Experience applying AI-assisted workflows, intelligent automation, or operational optimization initiatives within cybersecurity or related operational domains.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, security, product, and leadership teams across multiple initiatives and priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.
- Experience developing dashboards, metrics, operational reporting, and executive-level status communication.
- Familiarity with enterprise system integrations, security tooling ecosystems, and modern software development workflows is desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, CEH, AWS, or related cybersecurity and cloud certifications are considered a plus.
- Bonus qualifications: experience with specific data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
