Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Pay & Reward Assistant to join our Finance team based at Head Office in Warrington, WA2 7JB.

Salary: £27,650 per annum

Hours: 39 per week

Please note, this role is Monday - Friday office based with the option to work remotely for the majority.

Responsibilities

As a Pay & Reward Assistant you will work within the Payroll team to provide a customer focused, fully integrated and compliant payroll service to the workforce.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting with providing first line advice and support to managers and employees on Payroll matters

- Assisting with the validation, input, calculation and recording of all monthly payroll data

- Processing and monitoring all employee changes

- Undetake any other duties reasonably allocated to you

Qualifications

This role would be a great opportunity for someone looking to start of develop their career within Pay & Reward. We are open to appointment an apprentice through the apprenticeship scheme, or supporting someone who is keen to develop their career through working towards relevant CIPP qualifications.

We are looking for individuals who can work independently and effectively to meet deadlines, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with colleagues across wider teams.
