Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $90,000-$95,000

In this role, you will lead the development and evolution of a connected, trusted, and user-friendly data and systems environment that enables the organization to measure impact, operate with greater clarity, and make informed decisions. The Director will oversee data, CRM, reporting, and related business systems while establishing strong architecture, standards, workflows, and data practices. Qualifications as the Data Management Director: :

- 5+ years of progressive experience in data operations, CRM administration, business systems, analytics, or related work.
- Experience managing and improving CRM/data environments, including integrations, workflows, reporting, data quality, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Virtuous, Microsoft Dynamics, Blackbaud, or comparable CRM platforms.
- Working knowledge of APIs, automation, data modeling, imports/exports, querying, reporting, and BI tools.
- Experience establishing data governance, quality, access, privacy, security, retention, and documentation standards.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional system implementations and technology projects, including vendors, budgets, testing, and adoption.
- Strong communication, project management, analytical, problem-solving, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; nonprofit, healthcare, mission-driven, or decentralized organization experience is a plus.

Your responsibilities as the Data Management Director will include:

- Lead enterprise data strategy, architecture, data models, and system roadmaps.
- Manage CRM and connected systems, ensuring reliability, security, integration, and data quality.
- Establish data governance, standards, documentation, access, privacy, and security practices.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, metrics, and insights to support organizational decision-making.
- Partner across teams and with vendors to improve workflows, systems, and technology investments.
- Train and support users to drive system adoption and maintain high-quality data

This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This is a remote position, located in the United States. The role primarily involves technology-based work, including phone, computer, extended periods of sitting, typing, and participating in virtual meetings. The role involves regular travel and evening or weekend participation to support patient and organizational needs.
