Marketing Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Pay: $60,000- $65,000 per year

To succeed as the Marketing Coordinator you should have:
- 2–4 years of professional marketing experience, with experience supporting digital marketing, campaign management, or lead generation initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience managing website content through CMS platforms, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance metrics and using generative AI tools to improve productivity, content development, and marketing effectiveness.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation, webinar and event marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement; experience in education, publishing, or EdTech is preferred.
Your responsibilities as the Marketing Coordinator will include:
- Execute email marketing and lead generation campaigns to drive engagement and business growth.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other events.
- Manage website content updates and support ongoing website maintenance activities.
- Research, recommend, and coordinate advertising, sponsorship, and promotional opportunities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, communications, and promotional content.
- Support product marketing initiatives and provide marketing assistance to sales teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize generative AI tools to support research, content creation, campaign planning, data analysis, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
