Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $70,000-$75,000

Our Client is seeking an experienced Operations Management Director to strengthen the people, financial, and internal communication systems that keep the organization moving forward. This key leadership role will oversee essential operational processes, maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, support financial operations, and ensure employees and leadership have clear, timely information to make informed decisions. Working closely with the Head of Operations, the Associate Director will serve as a trusted operational partner, bringing strong organizational skills, financial fluency, excellent communication, discretion, and sound judgment to a role that helps turn organizational priorities into consistent, effective execution.

Qualifications as the Operations Management Director:

- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, business/finance operations, communications, or related work.
- Experience with employee lifecycle processes, HRIS, benefits, payroll, performance cycles, and employee support.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expenses, accounting coordination, and budget tracking.
- Strong writing and communication skills across employee, leadership, and organization-wide audiences.
- Strong financial, organizational, project-management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to administer policies consistently and escalate HR, legal, or financial issues appropriately.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, accounting, project-management, communications, and collaboration platforms.
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented team player; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Your responsibilities as the Operations Management Director will include:

- Manage employee lifecycle processes, HRIS, benefits, payroll, leave, policies, and employee support.
- Guide employees and leaders on policies, performance cycles, job descriptions, and people initiatives.
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts, expenses, reporting, and financial documentation.
- Develop internal communications, employee updates, meeting materials, and organizational reminders.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, procedures, and systems while protecting confidential information.
- Partner with HR, payroll, legal, accounting, Operations, and Communications to resolve issues and support priorities.

This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This is a remote position, located in the United States. The role primarily involves technology-based work, including phone, computer, extended periods of sitting, typing, and participating in virtual meetings. The role involves regular travel and evening or weekend participation to support patient and organizational needs.
