About this role

What you'll do as a Talent, Learning & Development Specialist

- Design and develop engaging digital, live and blended learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and inclusive design to create solutions that are practical, scalable and relevant to how people work.

- Own assigned learning programmes and initiatives from scoping and design through to implementation, facilitation and evaluation, creating high-quality learning experiences and resources that people can apply in their day-to-day roles.

- Partner with People colleagues, managers, leaders and subject matter experts to understand capability and development needs and translate these into practical solutions that support performance, growth and organisational capability.

- Manage and continuously improve our learning management system, using learning data, feedback, technology and AI-enabled approaches to improve accessibility, learner experience, effectiveness and scale.

- Champion learning beyond formal programmes by encouraging practical, on-the-job development, continuous learning and greater ownership of development across the organisation.

What you’ll bring to the team

- 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or a related area, with strong knowledge of adult learning principles, modern learning design practices and blended learning approaches.

- Proven experience designing and delivering engaging digital, facilitated and blended learning experiences, taking development needs from concept through to implementation and evaluation.

- Strong judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and capability needs, identify where learning can add value and translate these into practical, scalable solutions.

- Experience managing learning programmes, projects and learning technology, including LMS content, pathways, reporting and learner experience, while balancing multiple priorities and taking ownership through to completion.

- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively with People teams, managers, leaders and subject matter experts, use data and feedback to improve learning, and bring curiosity around new technology and AI-enabled approaches.
