What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites.
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting efficient and timely project execution.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and safe driving practices.
- Ability to operate equipment responsibly while adhering to safety standards and procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.
- Capability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required documentation, and follow operating procedures.
- Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to work varying schedules and adapt to changing business needs.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
- Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus , payable after 90 days of successful employment.
