Dover Precision Components (DPC) is hiring an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Specialist to serve as the focal point for ESG compliance, sustainability initiatives, supplier compliance programs, and customer ESG requirements across Dover Precision Components. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week remote work possible/ 3 days onsite. Office locations available: The Woodlands, TX; Pearland, TX; Rosenberg, TX; Jeffersonville, IN; or Rock Island, IL.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This role will collaborate closely with HSE, Engineering, R&D, Quality, Trade Compliance, Procurement, Sales, Legal, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations teams to support global sustainability objectives, ensure compliance with evolving ESG regulations, manage customer and supplier ESG requirements, and drive continuous improvement in ESG performance. The position will play a critical role in protecting revenue, reducing compliance risk, supporting customer requirements, and advancing Dover's sustainability strategy. This role is intended to manage increasing ESG compliance activities including customer requests, supplier compliance programs, greenhouse gas reporting, sustainability assessments, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

- Monitor ESG regulations and ensure DPC compliance with global environmental, sustainability, and product compliance requirements.
- Manage customer ESG requests, declarations, questionnaires, and sustainability reporting requirements.
- Manage ESG platforms (example, Assent) and lead supplier compliance, regulatory declarations, and responsible sourcing programs.
- Manage DPC's EcoVadis assessment process and drive initiatives to improve sustainability ratings.
- Collect, validate, maintain, and report ESG data, metrics, and compliance records across all sites.
- Coordinate Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting and support carbon reduction initiatives and environmental disclosures.
- Serve as the liaison to Dover ESG committees and lead cross-functional sustainability initiatives and projects.
- Review customer contracts for ESG and sustainability requirements, assess compliance risks, and support mitigation plans.
- Support ESG audits, maintain compliance documentation, and identify and mitigate regulatory and business risks.
- Develop ESG training and promote compliance, sustainability, and responsible sourcing best practices across the organization.
- Maintain ESG master data, compliance records, and sustainability attributes within ERP systems.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain, Sustainability, ESG, Compliance, Engineering, Quality, or Regulatory Affairs within manufacturing industry.
- Experience working with regulatory compliance programs and sustainability reporting.
- Experience supporting supplier compliance and customer compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively and successfully influence stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

ALSO GREAT IF YOU BRING/ PREFERENCES

- Experience with ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks.
- Experience with EcoVadis sustainability assessments.
- Experience administering Assent Compliance Platform or similar supplier compliance systems.
- Working knowledge of REACH, RoHS, PFAS, TSCA, SCIP, CMRT, EMRT, CBAM, EUDR, and Conflict Minerals requirements.
- Experience with greenhouse gas reporting and carbon reduction initiatives.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, sustainability software, and compliance databases.
- Familiarity with supplier qualification, supplier risk management, and responsible sourcing programs.

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
