About this role

Our mission at Les Nouvelles Recrues

We recruit you for who you are, not only for what's expected of you — and above all, we help you find THE role that fits YOU.
Today, we're recruiting an Marketing Manager for our client, Chain of Events , the company behind the events where the people shaping technology actually meet — based in Paris.

About the company

Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:

- Signal Week — the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.
- RAISE Summit — the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).
- MACHINA Summit — Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It's the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.

In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group , the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they'll converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.

Role Overview

Chain of Events is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive campaign delivery for RAISE Summit, working closely with the Marketing Lead for RAISE and MACHINA and reporting into the Snr. Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on, full-funnel role for someone early in their career who wants responsibility quickly - equally comfortable building an email campaign, pulling together a performance report, briefing a designer, and testing a new AI tool to make the team faster.

You'll sit at the centre of the RAISE campaign engine: email and lifecycle marketing, the campaign calendar, website content, and the marketing deliverables that support speakers, sponsors, and delegate sales. You'll work alongside the Marketing Manager for Social Media & PR, the CRM and web teams, and interns you'll help guide - with direct exposure to senior leadership and a front-row seat on how one of Europe's leading AI summits is built.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery

- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across the RAISE cycle - from launch and early bird, through speaker announcements, to the final conversion window.
- Own the integrated campaign calendar, keeping email, social, paid, PR, and editorial aligned so there are no clashes or gaps.
- Brief design and motion resources (internal or agency) for campaign assets, ensuring quality and consistency with the RAISE design system.
- Support paid media activity - audiences, creative, and reporting - with the wider team and partners.

Email, CRM & Delegate Sales

- Write, build, and send email campaigns in HubSpot, from copy and segmentation through to testing, scheduling, and performance review.
- Work with the CRM intern and Marketing Lead on segmentation, pricing moments, promo code schedules, and conversion mechanics.
- Guide and support the CRM intern day to day.

Web, Speakers & Sponsors

- Keep website content accurate and up to date - speakers, agenda, partners, and ticketing pages - working with the web and development team.
- Manage marketing intake for speakers and sponsors, making sure assets, bios, and entitlements are collected, tracked, and delivered on time.
- Coordinate sponsor marketing deliverables and co-marketing activity with the partnerships team.

AI, Tools & Reporting

- Use AI tools and automation across campaign workflows - copy variants, research, production, and reporting - and share what works with the team.
- Keep campaign work organised and visible in Monday.com , the team's operational source of truth.
- Produce regular performance reporting on email, campaigns, and registrations, with clear recommendations.

Event Delivery

- Support marketing delivery through event week, including onsite coordination, live content support, and sponsor visibility.
- Contribute to post-event reporting and the recap content that feeds the next cycle.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Knowledge

- Early-career marketing experience across campaigns, email, and content (indicative: 1–3 years including internships, adjust as appropriate).
- Hands-on experience building email campaigns in HubSpot or a comparable platform, including segmentation and performance analysis.
- Strong written English, with the ability to write clearly for a senior, international audience.
- Basic design skills in Figma or Canva - enough to brief designers well and produce simple assets yourself.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and workflows, with hands-on experience experimenting with them.

Working Style

- Ambitious and hungry to grow - you want responsibility and are ready to earn more of it.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams and deadlines with confidence.
- Easy-going and resilient, keeping a positive, solutions-focused attitude when things get busy.
- Collaborative by nature - you like working across teams and helping interns and junior colleagues grow.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a habit of following things through.
- A genuine interest in technology and AI - this is essential, not optional.

Nice to Have

- Experience in B2B events, conferences, or the technology sector.
- Exposure to paid social and search (LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
- Familiarity with Monday.com , website CMS platforms, and marketing automation.
- French language skills.
