About this role

Support daily center operations, coordinate scheduling and administrative needs, assist clinical teams, maintain center readiness and safety compliance, and serve as a primary point of contact for families and staff.
The Center Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily center operations and ensuring a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for clients, families, and staff. This position works closely with clinical teams, scheduling, and regional leadership to support efficient center operations and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily administrative operations and maintain an organized, welcoming center environment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families, staff, and visitors, directing questions and concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with scheduling and clinical teams to coordinate center schedules, staffing coverage, and client attendance.
- Support center readiness by maintaining supplies, equipment, and an organized treatment environment.
- Assist with safety procedures, compliance requirements, and maintaining required documentation.
- Communicate operational needs, staffing concerns, and facility issues to regional leadership.
- Support client onboarding, center tours, and other administrative activities as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements and company policies.
