About this role

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
• Develop and maintain the IT strategic roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Program & Portfolio Management
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs and projects.
• Establish and manage program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as a key liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and change management efforts.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers, project managers, and analysts.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support professional development and succession planning within the team.
Risk & Compliance
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives and technology programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, program management, or enterprise project leadership.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project).
The base salary range for this position is:
$210,000 -230,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
