Position Description:

PAR Retail, A PAR Technology product, partners with convenience and fuel retailers to build customer loyalty strategies that drive business outcomes.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading delivery and deployment of Par Retail’s Platform for both new and existing Par Retail Customers. You will work collaboratively across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and 3rd parties to ensure high-quality on-time delivery of programs in support of driving business outcomes for Par Retail’s Customers.

Remote - New York, Texas, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois

Reports To:

This position reports to the Principal Delivery Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 3 years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
- At least 3 years of Technology/Software Project Delivery experience
- Certification(s) a plus: CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMP
- 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence
- Results oriented collaborative team player with a keen ability to demystify and streamline processes
- Experience in the retail and/or payments industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills; able to present technical subject matter across a variety of stakeholder levels
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
- Great organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

- Facilitate workshops and meetings, driving productive conversations across cross-functional teams to move decisions forward
- Own end-to-end delivery for your projects — accountable for scope, timeline, budget, and quality across the full project lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with project teams, PAR Retail customers, and business stakeholders, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout delivery
- Manage change, bridge communication gaps, resolve conflicts, and drive teams toward alignment and shared commitments
- Identify risks and cross-team dependencies early, and drive mitigation before they impact delivery
- Keep stakeholders informed through clear, regular status reporting, and escalate issues with proposed paths forward when needed
- Lead multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines without losing sight of the details
- Navigate ambiguity and bring clarity in a fast-paced environment where change is constant
- Drive toward measurable delivery outcomes — predictability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as required

Compensation

$85K – $100K
