About GLOBAL OPS

GLOBAL OPS is a growing security services company providing professional security personnel, executive protection,security consulting, and related security solutions to organizations across multiple industries.

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and highly analytical executive to join our leadership team as Chief Financial & Innovation Officer (CFO/CIO).

This is a unique executive position combining two critical responsibilities: financial leadership and company development and innovation.

The CFO/CIO will oversee the financial health and financial strategy of the organization while also taking direct ownership of identifying and executing opportunities to grow, automate, modernize, and improve the company.

Position Overview

The Chief Financial & Innovation Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders on the company's financial performance, growth strategy, technology,systems, and long-term development.

On the financial side, this position will oversee the company's accounting and finance function. An Accounting Manager will be responsible for much of the day-to-day accounting activity, while the CFO/CIO will provide management, oversight, financial analysis, controls, forecasting, and strategic direction.

On the innovation side, this individual will be responsible for continuously evaluating how GLOBAL OPS operates and identifying opportunitiesto grow revenue, improve margins, automate processes, introduce new technologies, develop new services, improve systems, and make the company more scalable.

This is not a position focused solely on recommendations or strategy presentations. We are looking for someone who can identify an opportunity, develop a plan, and take ownership of implementing it from concept through completion.

Financial Leadership

The CFO/CIO will have overall responsibility for the company's financial management and financialstrategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee the Accounting Team and the company's accounting function.
- Review and oversee financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and cash-flow reporting.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage cash-flow planning and help ensure appropriate availability and allocation of capital.
- Evaluate major expenditures, investments,contracts, and business opportunities from a financial perspective.
- Work with external CPAs, tax professionals, auditors, insurance professionals, financial institutions, and other outside advisors.
- Oversee financial compliance and support tax, audit, insurance, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Innovation & Company Development

A major component of this position is identifying where GLOBAL OPS can improve, expand, automate, and grow - and then taking responsibility for making those improvements happen.

The CFO/CIO will:

- Evaluate the company's operations across departments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, unnecessary manual work, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and operational processes.
- Lead automation initiatives from identification and ROI analysis through development, implementation, testing, and adoption.
- Work with internal teams, developers, vendors, and technology partners to build and deploy new solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows across accounting, scheduling, HR, operations, client management, reporting, and other business functions.

Strategic Leadership

As a member of the executive leadership team, the CFO/CIO will:

- Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on company strategy.
- Translate company objectives into measurable financial and operational plans.
- Establish KPIs and reporting systems for key areas of the business.
- Challenge existing processes and assumptions when there is a better or more efficient way to operate.
- Help build the infrastructure required for GLOBAL OPS to operate as a larger, more sophisticated, and more scalable organization.

Qualifications

- Significant experience in finance, financial management, corporate development, business operations, or a related leadership position.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, accounting controls, and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and modern financial systems.
- Strong technology aptitude and demonstrated interest in automation, AI, software, and business systems.
- Experience implementing technology, automation, systems, or process-improvement initiatives.
