Administrative Assistant – Part-Time

Location: York, PA
Hourly Rate: $15–16/hour, based on experience and education
Schedule: Part-Time; some weekday evening shifts and weekend day shifts (Saturday and Sunday)

Pyramid Healthcare is a national leader in Behavioral Healthcare. We are very proud to operate a residential Substance Use Disorder treatment center in York for adults.

The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in the daily operations of a fast-paced substance use disorder treatment facility. This position supports the front office, assists with appointment scheduling, and performs a variety of clerical tasks to help ensure efficient facility operations.

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected

- Support the daily operations of the front office.

- Assist with scheduling appointments.

- Perform basic clerical duties.

- Assemble client packets and ensure they remain accurate and up to date.

- Order office and client supplies.

- Assist with the intake process and billing documentation.

- Correspond with referral sources.

- Process check requests.

- Maintain census and update intake and discharge logs.

- Attend staff meetings and take meeting minutes.

- Handle petty cash.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.

Given the nature of the work, adaptability, organization, and attention to detail are important in this fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
