Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote their well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks related to client care, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Document and report any changes in client condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow care plans and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal support or caregiving preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
