Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective customers to generate interest and new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities based on customer needs and company offerings.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales team members and ensure accurate calendar coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within CRM systems and other tracking tools.
- Assist with quote preparation, follow-up activities, and general sales support to help close deals.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on providing exceptional service and positive experiences.
- Process customer orders, service requests, and account updates with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and commitments are fulfilled.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Research prospective customers and target markets to support lead generation and marketing strategies.
- Help create marketing content, presentations, and communications that support sales and outreach efforts.
- Track marketing campaign performance and maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
- Support event, trade show, and networking initiatives as needed, including preparation and follow-up activities.
- Maintain organized reports, spreadsheets, and customer records to support sales and account management activities.
- Update CRM and sales tracking tools regularly to ensure data accuracy and visibility for the team.
- Generate basic sales and activity reports to help monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

- Comfort communicating with customers via phone, email, chat, and professional networking platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience in internships, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with various business software tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Environment
This is an onsite, full-time position with working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is based in a professional office environment that emphasizes collaboration, growth, and advancement opportunities within a growing company. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams, using technologies such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing initiatives.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eastlake, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
