Manager, IT - Global Logistics at a glance...

You will be responsible for the strategy, deployment, and ongoing management of Kraft Heinz warehousing systems. Kraft Heinz operates and maintains a portfolio of warehousing systems responsible for shipping, receiving, traceability and reporting on all inventory and distribution activities across the company. You will be the primary project leader focused on the design and implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS), and Yard Management Systems (YMS) solutions. (SAP EWM, WM, and MATRICS. Along with LMS (Rebus)

What's on the menu?

- Work with internal and external customers to capture business requirements and apply these requirements to systems design and implementation.
- Direct ownership of all project financial governance and timeline details.
- Provide communications on all systems and project related aspects within the role to senior leadership.
- Provide strategic and tactical guidance to warehousing leadership on the direction and design of warehousing systems.
- Lead joint project team through solution shaping of systems enhancement.
- Provide core project management over all aspects of systems implementation such as: blueprinting, financial estimation and tracking, communication, development, testing, training, and hypercare support.
- Prepare conversion plan identifying all necessary tasks, dependencies, responsible parties and timeline for successful implementation.
- Primary leader for all onsite project hypercare coordination and issue resolution to steady state business.
- Establish clear strategic life cycle priorities for the WMS, YMS and LMS warehousing ecosystem.
- Explore new warehouse technologies, build business cases where relevant, and present new ideas to business leadership.

- I have 6+ years of experience in logistics or information technology related field.
- I have a high standard for communication skills, and high standard of proficiency in Microsoft tools Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- I have the initiative and ability to work through issues expected.
- I have a high standard of discipline and diligence documenting work.
- I have a high standard of organization to plan and complete tasks in priority order.
- I have relevant experience in a role on a software implementation project.
- I have relevant experience with enterprise in WMS and LMS software.

Please note:

- Weekend and off business hours work is part of the role
- Expected travel approximately 40-50%

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
