Privately held manufacturer of engineered to order capital equipment has an immediate need for a Sr Buyer.
Profile: (2 Client Needs)
- ##### Negotiation of all terms & conditions for major commodities (Metals - Plate, Tube, Bar and key engineered components, etc
- ##### Understanding of make-buy analysis ROI and ability to create a business case
- ##### Indirect consumable understanding and management
Ability to work with Engineering, Operations and Sales.
- ### Prefer a BS degree and prior experience as a Buyer in a manufacturing environment .
- ### Prefer prior metals knowledge.
