About this Role:

We are seeking a Feasibility Project Manager to support a major technology client's small-works and tool-install program across a multi-building R&D campus. You will serve as the first technical checkpoint for incoming facility requests, ranging from single tool installs to full lab repopulations, determining whether each request can be delivered, what it will take, and whether it stays in the program or becomes a standalone capital project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Walk sites to assess existing conditions and compare MEP capacity against the requirements of new equipment
- Identify IBC, IFC, NFPA, and MAQ issues, fire/life safety triggers, long-lead items, and shutdown needs early in the process
- Coordinate with Facilities Engineering, EHS, A&E firms, and general contractors to secure sign-off, constructability input, and ROM estimates
- Write standardized feasibility reports and hand off pre-validated projects to the execution team

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 8+ years of construction, MEP, or technical facilities project management experience, including feasibility or pre-construction work
- Experience delivering lab, cleanroom, R&D, or tool-install projects in occupied, operating facilities
- Ability to independently validate MEP capacity and read single-line diagrams, utility data sheets, and equipment cut sheets
- Working knowledge of IBC, IFC, IMC, NFPA, and MAQ/control-area concepts
- Strong writer of technical reports for a leadership audience
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements / Skills / Working Hours / Compensation Range

- Ability to travel to campus sites as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and, where applicable, a drug screening in accordance with client and project requirements
- Compensation based on experience, education and geographic location. Compensation range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually.

What's In It For You:

- Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
- Company-paid life and disability insurance
- Optional benefits like pet insurance, legal, and supplemental health plans
- 401(k) with day-one eligibility, 3% safe harbor, plus up to 2.5% company match
- Generous time off: 10 paid holidays and PTO starting at 15 days, growing up to 25
- Access to Consertus Academy for continuous learning and development
