Pest Route Manager

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about pest control — a continual learner striving to master the craft while seeking opportunities to further develop and expand our service offerings. Our training program will help you build the skills needed to be successful in

this position.

As a Pest Route Manager, you'll work directly with customers to provide solutions that protect their indoor and outdoor living spaces. This position will also support the Lawn and Plant Health Care department in helping maintain the health of beautiful lawns and landscapes.

Requirements

- General pest control knowledge
- 2 years of pest control experience preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Must have a team-first mindset
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to obtain and maintain 7D, 7E, 3A, 3B state-issued pesticide applicator licenses
- Willingness to learn new skills and work outside of your current department to help the company achieve its goals

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand, and push/pull equipment for extended periods, including up to 3 miles per day in the field
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round
