Momentum ERP Functional Analyst

M9 Solutions is seeking a Momentum ERP Functional Analyst to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Arlington, VA . An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

- Configures Momentum modules to support compliant federal financial workflows.

- Analyzes and documents business and functional capabilities to align ERP solutions with client requirements.

- Supports implementation, enhancements, and upgrades of Momentum applications.

- Serves as functional support for assigned Momentum modules.

- Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and refine ERP strategy and roadmap.

- Supports functional role design aligned to business responsibilities.

- Supports periodic access reviews in coordination with business owners.

- Develops and executes functional test cases aligned to business scenarios.

- Supports integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Validates end-to-end business workflows across Momentum modules.

- Identifies functional gaps, configuration issues, and process defects.

- Embeds functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Reviews functional designs and configuration changes.

- Partners with technical developers to clarify requirements and resolve defects.

- Creates and maintains functional design documents and configuration documentation.

- Supports business users with training materials and process guidance.

- Participates in status reporting, issue tracking, and release planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- TS/SCI security clearance.

- 2+ years of experience supporting Momentum ERP.

- Experience supporting federal financial systems and understanding of standard federal financial interfaces.

- Working knowledge of Momentum modules/processes such as General Ledger, Budget Execution, Purchasing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Automated Disbursements.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Must be willing to obtain a CI polygraph if required.

Salary Range $130,000 — $145,000 USD
