About this role

This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose: Note: This job family should be limited to technical organizations only. Responsible for implementing, improving, supporting and leading the processes, strategies, communications and tools for technical organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage in technical business areas. Must have thorough knowledge of the technical organization including processes, procedures, tools, applications, and systems, coupled with a strong business background to fully support the technical organization.

Help build the change operating model that turns AI potential into measurable business and customer value. This pivotal role connects technical delivery with human readiness, redesigns how work gets done, and creates the communication and adoption engine required to move AI from isolated pilots into trusted, repeatable business execution.

ROLE PURPOSE

- Serve as the technical-to-business translation lead for complex AI, product, technology, process, and operating-model implementations.

- Convert technical roadmaps, release plans, system capabilities, controls, and dependencies into clear operational impacts, readiness actions, and leadership decisions.

- Build the people, process, governance, and communication conditions needed to scale AI responsibly across a transforming business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Partner with Product, Technology, AI, Program, and Operations teams from intake through launch, stabilization, and lifecycle sustainment.

- Translate technical designs into practical changes to roles, workflows, procedures, decision rights, knowledge, training, controls, customer journeys, and support models for your change management plan.

- Connect implementation milestones with human-readiness gates, including stakeholder alignment, leader activation, training, communications, risk mitigation, and launch support.

- Identify adoption barriers, legacy-system dependencies, workflow breaks, exception paths, and unintended customer or employee impacts before deployment.

- Own integrated change strategies for high-impact, cross-functional transformation and AI programs.

- Lead impact and readiness planning across people, process, technology, and customer experience, with clear owners, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalation paths.

- Design human + AI operating practices that clarify accountability, decision authority, exception handling, feedback loops, controls, and continuous improvement.

- Coordinate enablement, training, launch readiness, hypercare, 30/60/90-day reviews, and transition to sustained operations.

- Own the portfolio communication strategy and operating rhythm for upcoming changes, launches, risks, decisions, required actions, and realized value.

- Create audience-based narratives for executives, leaders, frontline teams, and partners that explain what is changing, why it matters, and what people must do.

- Develop executive briefings, roadshows, leader toolkits, launch communications, FAQs, adoption campaigns, and business outcome stories.

- Organize communications around employee and customer experiences rather than disconnected project names to reduce change fatigue and improve clarity.

- Define and monitor readiness, adoption, proficiency, behavior change, operational performance, customer impact, and value-realization measures.

- Turn technical complexity into executive-ready choices, frontline-ready actions, and measurable adoption outcomes.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- AI capabilities progress from isolated launches to adopted, governed, and repeatable workflows.

- Leaders and employees understand new roles, behaviors, decisions, and ways of working.

- Operational impacts and customer risks are identified and addressed before launch.

- Adoption, business outcomes, and customer value remain visible after implementation.

- Change is sustained through clear ownership, feedback loops, measurement, and continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES

- Experience leading change management, organizational readiness, technical implementation, communications, program management, or business transformation initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology, product, or process changes into business actions and executive communications.

- Strong executive storytelling, stakeholder influence, facilitation, planning, and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Knowledge of operating-model design, adoption measurement, launch readiness, governance, and value realization.

- Ability to operate across technical and business teams while maintaining a strong customer and employee focus.
- Strong project management skills.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
