Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer specializing in requirements verification, Risk Management, and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs). This is an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next-generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), the LGM-35A Sentinel system of systems.
In this role, you will assist the United States Air Force (USAF) in managing internal program requirements, analyzing Prime contractor DOORS data modules and CAMEO/SysML models, and preparing critical reports for System Qualification. You will serve as a key interface with the Prime Contractor to ensure alignment with U.S. Government intent regarding requirements products and artifacts, while consulting regularly with the USAF System Program Office (SPO) on stakeholder needs. This unique position offers comprehensive visibility into the Sentinel weapon system's requirements efforts and significant professional growth potential.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- B.S. in an Engineering or STEM field.
- Proactive person with a positive attitude and “team player” mentality.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.
- Possess a willingness to learn while also sharing your current knowledge/skills.
- Proactively provides ideas/thought.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Direct experience with the Sentinel or MMIII weapon systems.
- Experience with MBSE and Dassault’s Cameo or other MBSE tools (Rhapsody, etc.).
- Possesses an Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Master's Degree in an engineering or STEM field.
- Experience with Technical Performance Measures (TPMs).
- Experience with Risk Management.
- Experience with Primavera P6.
- Experience with IBM Rational DOORS.
- Expierence with SysML.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59023 - $100339
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
