About this role

The Data Analyst V helps lead operations and drives strategic data analytics projects to provide critical information and insights to senior management for decision-making or solution development. Establishes and enforces enterprise-wide data standards and deploys advanced automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate complex and diverse data from multiple sources. Designs and manages large-scale databases, monitors and ensures the highest levels of data quality, troubleshoots complex database issues to maintain impeccable data integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Architects and directs the company-wide data analytics vision, aligning with strategic business objectives and fostering a competitive edge.

Identifies and assesses data and interoperability considerations affecting AI implementation and scaling in healthcare.

Analyzes data types, workflow integration, and technical barriers (e.g., data silos, lack of standardization) to support innovation and adoption of clinical AI tools.

Advises on data governance, quality, and best practices for leveraging healthcare data in AI solutions.

Leads the innovation and transformation of the analytics function, integrating big data technologies and pioneering analytical methodologies.

Partners with executive leadership to define and steer major strategic initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Oversees the establishment of an integrated, enterprise-wide analytics framework, ensuring streamlined data access and utilization.

Provides thought leadership in the field, influencing industry best practices and leading sophisticated analytical discourses.

Cultivates and leads a high-performing analytics team, orchestrating talent development, retention, and succession planning.

Utilizes advanced scripting and querying tools like Python, R, or SQL, as well as statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and advanced data modeling techniques to produce sophisticated reports, data files, interactive dashboards with complex visualizations.

Implements cutting-edge technologies in the field of data analytics and drives innovation within the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.  Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $134,890 to $215,000, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
