About the Role

OrthoMed Anesthesia is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing department. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across content creation, social media, event coordination, and brand management — all within a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare organization. This full-time, on-site position is based at our corporate office in Addison, TX and reports directly to the Marketing & Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms

- Support the development of marketing materials including email campaigns, newsletters, rack cards, and event collateral

- Assist with logistics and coordination for conferences, trade shows, and clinician engagement events

- Conduct market research to support recruiting campaigns and business development initiatives

- Monitor and compile social media performance metrics and engagement reports

- Manage employee mailouts and other external touchpoints with prospective employees

- Maintain inventory merchandise and other branding-related materials

- Maintain organized digital asset libraries, branded inventory, and content calendars

- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or currently pursuing)

- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications

- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics

- Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Mailchimp is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn

- Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-moving environment
