Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to support our anesthesia physician practice management company. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services to healthcare facilities and medical professionals all over the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts, website content, and email marketing campaigns
- Content Creation: Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content for healthcare audiences
- Event Coordination: Assist with medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Market Research: Analyze competitor activities and healthcare industry trends
- Lead Generation: Support business development efforts by identifying potential client hospitals and surgery centers
- Administrative Support: Maintain marketing databases, track campaign performance, and prepare reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or B2B services
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations (HIPAA compliance preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical practice management or healthcare services
- Familiarity with anesthesia services and surgical center operations
- Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software experience
- Google Analytics and SEO knowledge
