Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing practice in the beautiful coastal community of Newport News, Virginia . This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive neonatal team while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in Virginia's scenic Tidewater region.

Practice at Mary Immaculate Hospital , a member of Bon Secours Mercy Health , one of the region's leading healthcare systems. The neonatal program is poised for growth, creating opportunities for professional development and future leadership involvement.

Opportunity Highlights

- Level IIIA NICU currently features 7 beds with newborn nursery coverage

- State of the art 13 bed NICU opening in 2028, supporting continued program growth and enhanced patient care

- Planned expansion to a 13-bed NICU, supporting continued program growth and enhanced patient care

- Collaborative team of 3 neonatologists and 2 NNPs

- Regional partnership with the Richmond Commonwealth Neonatology Practice

- Work alongside 12 neonatologists and 18 advanced practice providers across a 5-hospital network

- Primarily 24-hour shifts that provide schedule flexibility and work-life balance
