Job Responsibilities:
- Manage intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliation, and month-end close activities across multiple entities. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting across various entities
- Investigate, dispute, and resolve intercompany invoice discrepancies
- Act as the primary liaison between internal business units and external shared service providers on accounting matters Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations and reconciliations
- Coordinate and monitor invoice processing, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation
- Lead and resolve invoice disputes with both internal stakeholders and external shared service teams, ensuring closure within agreed timelines
- Review and improve existing processes and controls related to intercompany transactions and invoice management
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and system enhancements
- Support management reporting and ad-hoc finance analysis as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance and / or a chartered qualification in either (ACCA, CPA, MIA etc)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in intercompany accounting environment, high attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and accounting principles
- Experience working in a matrix organization, effectively managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units and regions.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions and resolve complex discrepancies/disputes
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
