Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter Job Description The Recruiter leads full life cycle recruiting efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand strategic hiring needs, designs and executes sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies, and ensures a consistent, positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities

- Lead full life cycle recruiting activities, including developing hiring strategies, sourcing candidates, marketing open roles, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and negotiations.
- Partner and collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to fully understand their hiring needs, strategic objectives, and goals, and translate them into effective recruitment plans.
- Conduct recruitment strategy kick-off meetings to align on role requirements, interview approach, and timelines.
- Prepare interview teams for candidate meetings and facilitate debrief sessions to support fair, informed hiring decisions.
- Organize and lead recruitment update meetings to provide clear status reports, discuss challenges, and refine strategies as needed.
- Develop robust sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract a broad and diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, sourcing activities, events, and other external channels.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by expanding outreach in the community and with universities, and by identifying passive candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure consistency, excellence in service, and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as a consultant to hiring managers by using relevant data and information to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Provide guidance, direction, and training to hiring managers on behavioral interviewing techniques, recruitment workflow, and the use of recruitment systems.
- Schedule and coordinate phone screens, interviews, and related logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient process for candidates and interview teams.
- Develop strong partnerships and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the Compensation team to align offers, job levels, and internal policies.
- Interface with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers from manager to executive level and internal candidates at all levels, while collaborating with other HR functions.
- Interface with external partners such as temporary and direct placement agencies, universities, and other networking and sourcing vendors to support recruitment needs.
- Complete all other duties as required to support the overall talent acquisition strategy and HR objectives.

Essential Skills

- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, including full cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage requisitions, candidates, and recruitment workflows. (healthcare recruiting experience preferred).
- Ability to design and execute effective sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to advise hiring managers using data and market insights.
- Experience coordinating and facilitating interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to conduct phone screens, lead meetings, and provide clear updates.
- Ability to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through targeted outreach and sourcing efforts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience in technical recruiting is beneficial.
- experience working with temporary and direct placement agencies, universities, and networking partners.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques and training others on interview best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment This is a contract role of up to three months, with the potential for extension based on performance. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers at various levels, internal candidates, HR Business Partners, the Compensation team, and external partners such as agencies and universities. The environment supports collaboration and frequent communication through meetings, debriefs, and status updates. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Durham, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
