Job Description

The Vice President (Branch) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial stewardship, and business growth for the branch. This role drives organizational performance through the development and execution of branch strategies, cultivation of client relationships, oversight of community management operations, talent development, and alignment with corporate initiatives. The Vice President serves as a key leader in ensuring operational excellence, supporting the growth of managers and associates, expanding market opportunities, and contributing to the advancement of Associas products, services, and brand presence.

Requirements

Leadership & Operations

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all branch operations to ensure operational excellence and achievement of financial and organizational goals.

Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans that support branch growth and profitability.

Monitor branch performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.

Partner with executive leadership to establish and execute strategic priorities.

Financial Management

Oversee branch budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and fiscal accountability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and financial controls.

Drive profitability through effective resource allocation and cost management.

Community Management Leadership

Provide executive oversight of community management operations, ensuring consistent service standards across all managed communities.

Support and guide managers in resolving complex operational, client, and community-related matters.

Establish accountability measures and performance standards for community management teams.

Talent Development

Lead the development, coaching, succession planning, and growth of all managers through direct reports within the branch.

Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Partner with Human Resources to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Business Development & Market Growth

Drive the development of new markets and expansion opportunities within the region.

Partner with the Business Development team to identify growth opportunities and support revenue generation initiatives.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, board members, developers, and industry partners.

Sales Support & Client Acquisition

Collaborate with the Business Development team in the preparation and delivery of presentations for prospective DRM clients.

Participate in client acquisition strategies, proposal development, and executive-level sales presentations.

Represent the organization at industry functions, business meetings, and networking events to promote growth and brand awareness.

DRM Product & Corporate Initiative Leadership

Provide oversight and maintenance of DRM-related products and operational programs.

Lead DRM Community Management initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Support product enhancements and operational efficiencies that improve client and community outcomes.

Ensure the integration and execution of all Associa-branded initiatives as they relate to manager job functions and branch operations.

Relationship Management

Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, community boards, vendors, and business partners.

Promote a professional and positive company image in all interactions.

Other Duties

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to drive operational and financial performance.

Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.

Experience leading multiple teams and managers across geographically diverse operations.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Experience supporting business development and sales growth initiatives.

Ability to influence and lead change within a fast-paced organization.

Experience

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in community association management, property management, or a related industry.

7+ years of senior management experience leading managers and multi-functional teams.

Experience managing P&L responsibilities and business development initiatives.

Experience supporting product management, service delivery, or operational improvement programs preferred.

Salary: $135k - $150k annually
