Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook II in our Dietary Department at Baptist Clay, located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time opportunity, primarily working various shift times between 6:30am and 6:30pm.
The ideal Cook II candidate will have extensive kitchen experience and proven work history in a variety of stations.
As the Cook II, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quality food using standardized recipes and proper safety and sanitation techniques
- Serving regular and modified diet hot foods on the patient tray line
- Possessing the ability to batch cook
- Following HACCP guidelines
Experience
- 3-5 Years of experience in Food Service - Preferred
- 1-2 Years of experience in Food Preparation - Preferred
- 1-2 Years of experience in Food Production - Preferred
- 3-5 Years of experience in Food Production - Preferred
- 3-5 Years of experience in cooking - Preferred
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED - Required
- Serve Safe Food Certification - Required
