Senior Specialist, Regional Product Management

The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team develops products and solutions that help customers acquire, engage, and retain consumers. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist, CA&E Product Commercialization, North America, to support the commercialization of key CA&E solutions across Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization.
This is an ideal role for someone who is curious, proactive, and energized by building. The successful candidate will help bring products and stories to market by creating compelling narratives, enabling Sales, coordinating across stakeholders, and driving important work streams from idea through execution. They are equally comfortable creating a PowerPoint presentation, solving an operational challenge, coordinating across multiple teams, or supporting a high-priority project.
The Role:
• Own the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of commercialization assets that help Sales clearly articulate value and drive client conversations. confluence and newsletter
• Develop compelling product narratives, presentations, and sales enablement materials that translate complex concepts into clear, actionable stories.
• Coordinate the development of case studies, best practices, and proof points by partnering across product, sales, delivery, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Support go-to-market initiatives that increase awareness and understanding of CA&E solutions internally and externally, including town halls, events, newsletters, and strategic communications.
• Monitor competitive offerings, industry trends, and client needs, synthesizing insights that strengthen commercialization efforts.
• Support priority projects and cross-functional workstreams, helping drive alignment, maintain momentum, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Help create structure in ambiguous situations by identifying next steps, organizing information, and proactively driving work forward.
All About You
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who combines strong communication and presentation skills with a bias for action and a passion for learning.
• Experience supporting product marketing, sales enablement, consulting, marketing, or go-to-market initiatives.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling, executive-ready presentations.
• Highly proactive and resourceful, with a track record of taking initiative and driving work to completion, proactively seeking feedback.
• Naturally curious and eager to learn, with an interest in understanding products, customers, and market dynamics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders across different teams and levels, perspectives, and priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
