Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Client Contracts Analyst!

CLEAResult is building out a dedicated contracts team to support new business, business continuation, and subcontractor agreements across our programs. As a Client Contracts Analyst, you'll help move contracts through our pipeline accurately and on time — coordinating with Legal, Finance, Business Development, and program teams to keep reviews, approvals, and executions on track.

This is an entry-level role on a growing team, ideal for someone with strong project management instincts and the interpersonal skill to get busy stakeholders to respond and cooperate. Prior contract experience is helpful but not required — we'll teach the contracting side. What matters most is your ability to juggle dozens of moving pieces at once, communicate clearly, and stay proactive as our processes and systems continue to evolve.

You're a great fit if you can…

- Manage a swath of contracts concurrently (40–50), each at different stages, keeping things moving without letting anything stall
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, BD, program teams) and external clients to gather reviews, approvals, and sign-off within SLA timelines
- Communicate effectively and diplomatically — including with people outside your reporting line — to explain why a contract change is needed, not just what the change is
- Support drafting, review, and processing of contracts, SOWs, amendments, and extensions
- Help reconcile contract and revenue data across Salesforce, CMS, and program/finance systems
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
- Adapt as our tools and processes evolve (we're currently on Salesforce, CMS, and Asana, transitioning to a new Growth Hub platform)
- Provide status updates to internal stakeholders and support BD/Sales Operations as needed
- Bring a proactive, self-starter mindset — comfortable with ambiguity as we continue building this team and its systems

Exciting candidates have…

- 1–3 years of experience in project management, contract coordination, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and adapting to shifting processes
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar systems; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with energy efficiency programs
- Post-secondary education

$65,000-$75,000
