Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to construct high-quality industrial window frames. In this role, you will read blueprints, measure and cut raw materials (aluminum, cold-rolled steel, and stainless steel), and weld components to exact specifications using TIG and MIG welding methods.

Key Responsibilities Blueprint Reading & Prep: Read and interpret blueprints to calculate required material quantities and dimensions. Cutting & Fabrication: Cut aluminum, cold-rolled steel, and stainless steel to exact print specifications. Welding: Perform precision welds using TIG welding methods (with occasional MIG welding applications). Quality Control & Assembly: Measure finished frames to verify dimensions against blueprints, straighten frames as required, and prepare frames for painting or powder coating. Inventory & Documentation: Keep accurate material usage records for inventory tracking and prepare shipping documents as needed. Packaging & Shipping: Assemble or assist with window assembly, construct shipping containers, and package completed frames securely for shipment.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 1–3 years of related welding and fabrication experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in TIG welding (MIG experience a plus), mechanical aptitude, and ability to operate welding equipment, band saws, drill presses, grinders, and hand tools. Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform manual tasks throughout the shift. Supervision & Standards: Ability to work effectively under moderate supervision and pass a comprehensive drug screening.
