Job Title: Recruiter 4 Job Description The Recruiter 4 leads full-cycle recruiting for field leadership and pharmacy-related positions across the United States in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on hiring for roles such as District Pharmacy Supervisor, District Manager, District Administrative Assistant, and Pharmacy Scheduler, while managing a high-volume requisition load and serving as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders. The Recruiter 4 drives end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support, and leverages market insights and recruiting data to shape hiring strategies. Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for field leadership and pharmacy-related positions, including District Pharmacy Supervisor, District Manager, District Administrative Assistant, and Pharmacy Scheduler roles.
- Handle approximately 1520 active requisitions at a time, with the ability to support a higher volume during peak hiring periods.
- Conduct all hiring manager meetings, candidate interactions, and interviews remotely, maintaining a professional and engaging virtual presence.
- Lead internal candidate movement and promotion processes to support internal mobility and succession planning.
- Source, attract, and engage external candidates when internal talent pipelines are not sufficient to meet hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, team needs, and organizational priorities.
- Consult with hiring leaders on recruiting strategies, labor market conditions, and competitive talent trends.
- Use recruiting data, analytics, and market insights to influence hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate interview processes and feedback loops.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer stage.
- Support offer development and negotiation in collaboration with hiring leaders and relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on search progress, candidate pipelines, and market feedback.
- Demonstrate strong organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills in a nationwide, virtual recruiting environment.

Essential Skills

- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-role environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions and prioritizing workload effectively.
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates and requisitions.
- Strong written communication skills for clear, concise, and professional email and documentation.
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective remote meetings, interviews, and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to interpret recruiting data and analytics to identify trends and inform hiring decisions.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with hiring leaders.
- Consultative communication abilities to advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies and labor market conditions.
- Experience in recruiting within healthcare, retail, or related industries.
- Experience in recruiter or recruiting roles with a focus on talent acquisition and candidate management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with BrassRing ATS or similar enterprise-level applicant tracking systems.
- Experience supporting leadership-level or field-based hiring, particularly in retail, pharmacy, or healthcare environments.
- Experience recruiting in a remote or geographically dispersed environment.
- Ability to provide market intelligence and competitive insights to influence recruiting strategies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders in a virtual setting.
- High level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple requisitions and processes.
- Comfort working with data and metrics to track recruiting performance and outcomes.

Work Environment This role operates in a 100% remote work environment, with all candidate interactions, hiring manager meetings, and interviews conducted virtually. The Recruiter collaborates with geographically dispersed leaders and supports hiring activity nationwide using digital tools and an Applicant Tracking System. The position requires reliable internet access, comfort with video conferencing and remote communication platforms, and the ability to manage a structured workday independently in a virtual setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Deerfield, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
