What to Expect in this Role

Lead a 24-bed emergency department that sees about 135 patients a day and is designated Trauma level IV, STEMI level II, and Primary Stroke level II. The hospital is already growing alongside Nampa. Telemetry, Med-Surg, and Women's Services have expanded because the community has, and emergency care is next--an opportunity to build something that matches the people who live here.

The department has an engaged team that is ready to work with leadership. Hospital leadership is cohesive, and the organization is working toward Magnet recognition in 2027. This is a chance to shape the next phase of emergency care as volume and services grow, with a team and a leadership group already aligned behind that work.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 7+ years relevant nursing experience; Emergency and leadership experience highly preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart
