About this role
Job Description
Just imagine implementing digital capabilities that transform how Social Responsibility teams plan, report, collaborate, and deliver impact. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Digital Enablement & Projects Manager, you'll identify, shape, and deliver digital enablement initiatives and cross-functional projects that support Social Responsibility priorities. You'll work across Social Responsibility, Digital, IT, Data & Analytics, and other enabling functions to translate agreed priorities into practical solutions, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes. Acting as a bridge between business, technical, and operational teams, you'll lead delivery, implementation, adoption, and change management activities that improve systems, tools, processes, reporting, collaboration, and organisational effectiveness. You'll also ensure new capabilities are successfully embedded before transitioning long-term ownership into operational teams.
Required Qualifications
- Led strategic projects, transformation programmes, or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Delivered programme and project governance, risk management, delivery planning, and benefits tracking.
- Managed digital enablement, systems implementation, or business improvement projects.
- Built project plans, system enhancements, or operational improvements from business requirements.
- Coordinated stakeholders across complex matrix organisations, including senior leaders and executive sponsors.
- Directed organisational change, implementation readiness, training, communications, and adoption activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Delivered digital transformation, reporting transformation, systems implementation, or integration initiatives.
- Applied Power BI, Workday, planning systems, CRM platforms, or other enterprise technologies.
- Managed vendors, consultants, or implementation partners through project delivery.
- Worked within social impact, sustainability, philanthropy, corporate responsibility, NGO, or programme-based environments.
What you’ll build
- Digital and technology-enabled improvements across planning, reporting, measurement, collaboration, and stakeholder experience.
- Major system implementations and platform enhancements across enterprise platforms and reporting capabilities.
- Adoption strategies, implementation of roadmaps, and delivery plans that connect strategic priorities to measurable outcomes.
- Cross-functional transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, decision-making, and organisational effectiveness.
- Sustainable transitions into operational ownership with clear governance, support models, and accountability.
If you've worked in a role where you led complex transformation programmes, delivered systems implementations, and coordinated multiple stakeholders through change, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn strategic priorities into practical solutions that achieve lasting results.
Life on the team
The team focuses on translating priorities into action and helping transformation initiatives deliver real value. We work collaboratively across functions, bringing people together to solve problems, align around shared goals, and support successful adoption of new ways of working.
What success looks like
Success means delivering transformation initiatives that achieve their intended outcomes and create measurable value for Social Responsibility teams. You'll build strong partnerships across Digital, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, and operational teams while providing clear visibility of progress, risks, and benefits. Over time, you'll help strengthen digital enablement, systems improvement, reporting capabilities, and cross-functional delivery across the organisation.
