VP, Regional Commercial Leader (UK & Europe)

The Vice President, Regional Commercial Leader (UK & Europe) is responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy and execution across the region, driving revenue growth, market expansion, customer adoption, and strategic partnerships. As the senior commercial executive for the region, this role serves as the primary leader responsible for achieving bookings, revenue, pipeline, and business growth objectives while strengthening the company's market presence and reputation.  This role reports directly into our Chief Commercial Officer, and will closely with our Executive team across Strategy, Consulting, Hardware, Applications and other functions. 
The VP acts as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, government stakeholders, and industry leaders, building long-term relationships that advance the company's strategic and commercial objectives. This role requires exceptional commercial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise and government sales environments while leading high-performing teams across multiple markets.
