We're looking for a motivated Pool & Spa Valet Technician Trainee to join our team. No previous pool industry experience is required as we will provide the training and support you need to build a successful career with us.

What You'll Be Doing

- Servicing and maintaining residential pools and spas

- Testing and balancing water chemistry

- Cleaning pools, spas, and associated equipment

- Learning how to diagnose and resolve equipment issues

- Providing friendly and professional customer service

- Maintaining accurate service records

- Working safely with equipment and chemicals

What We're Looking For

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

- Practical and hands-on approach to work

- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving equipment

- A valid NZ Driver's License

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in customer service, trades, landscaping, maintenance, or outdoor work

- An interest in plumbing, electrical systems, water treatment, or technical problem-solving
