Development team, you'll have the

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
• Initiate/lead
yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs with (PMX) Process Integration and product Engineering group
• Lots’
assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to
customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard
• Investigate,
identify and provide fast feedback to production line incase of PCM/Inline/DD
trend deviation/drift
• Identify product or technology, or process margin
related problem and work with PI/UPS/T to resolve
• Process route
creation/release and maintenance
• Perform DOE splits for process margin study
and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and
performance)
• Support new product releases, Support Production tools
releases (PCRB) technology transfer projects and ramp up production of
new technologies
• To monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of
PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters
• Lead/support Technology
Synchronization/Harmonization
• Own/Maintenance of technology FMEA
• Deviation management Fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate
analysis and conclusion
• Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and
reliability improvement topics with PMX group
• Provide expert knowledge on
risk assessment on product quality and reliability (MRB)
• Knowledge exchange
(IFX) and knowledge transfers within IFKM
• Be able to lead for cross
technology group projects
• Key technical expert and key knowledge exchange
person for technology group (WBG SiC) Strong technology pillar support for ATV
Silicon carbide technologies and expert to lead in front of all technical
challenges by structured problem solving skills, Risk management and driv e8D/FT
of ATV Silicon Carbide technologies of all variants/clauses.

Extent
of technical knowledge in own area:
• Expert level of Knowledge of PI analysis
tools
• Expert level of knowledge in WBG Silicon Carbide semiconductors physics
of relevant power/IC technologies
• In depth knowledge in 8D and other problem
solving tools
• Advanced statistical analysis
• Six Sigma (preferably)
• Project management
• Leading team skills Advanced knowledge of
DOE/structured problem solving methodology. Some applications specific knowledge
(SIC)related to key wafer fab PCM/Inline parameters within own PMX technology.
• Lead internal yield/quality improvement team/8D team
• Be able to lead
cross technology improvement team project
• Be able to lead task force or
focus team
• Ability to influence peers across department in team project environment
to bring or effect improvement and changes
• Logical and methodological
information presentation
Bachelor/Master degree in electrical, electronics,
Mechatronics engineering, Physics, Materials science, Applied Physics, with more
than10 years for experience in the domain field of semiconductors, Knowhow
in unit module process engineering with strong technical problem solving skills.
Strong ability to do Mentorship/coaching of young engineers .
