Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

·         In your new role you will drive the integration
and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes to achieve stable
yield, robust process margins, and successful introduction of new SiC power
technologies into high-volume production

·         The responsibilities for this role are based on
four pillars:

1.         Technology/Product Development & Transfer

o     Interface
between high-volume production and development

o     New
technology ramp-up

o     New product introduction (NPI)

2.         Process Optimization

o     Yield
improvement

o     Design of
Experiment (DOE) studies

o     Process
margin improvement

3.         Manufacturing Problem Solving

o     Inline,
Process Control Monitor (PCM), Defect Density (DD) trend monitoring

o     Deviation
investigations

o     Root cause
analysis

4.         Quality & Reliability

o     Risk
assessment

o     Participation
in material review board (MRB) meetings

o     Product
disposition

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- A University degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or in a comparable field
- Experience in the semiconductor industry as a (FE) Process Integration Engineer or Product Engineer
- Sound knowledge in the field of Front-End Wafer Fabrication and Semiconductor Device Physics (PN Diodes, MOSFETs, etc.)
- A proactive personality and are willing to take ownership
- Excellent communication skills in English
